A dedicated database has a cost the moment it exists. Trials start after the instance is ready, not while it is provisioning.
Isolated Mesh, commercially hosted
Mesh stays the open-source, single-operator runtime. This control plane is the commercial system around it: identity, billing, hostname, and a launch exchange. It never reads your agents, conversations, or provider keys.
Labels are DNS, not identity. This checker is the same normalization the database will use. Availability still requires an atomic insert after you sign in.

Mesh is still a single administrator surface. Billing users and members can use this console. They cannot open the instance.
The web app may create a launch grant. Only the issuer service can sign. Compromise of marketing compute is not supposed to mint Mesh admins.
